Sonic Drive-in

**These pics are EXACTLY how my shake looked when I got it ** the ad is slightly different. Look I get that the hiring pool has dwindled recently for reasons economists are always talking about but I think that people need to stop scheduling groups of teenagers to work together because what I'm finding is that it is not "cool" to give good or even ANY customer service at work when you're a teenager ( example: back in high school when we would make fun of the preppy kids teachers, pet types-! you know the people who have 98% of the wealth in America today?) in fact it is cool to an "I don't care" attitude amongst your peers as a teenager and that kind of attitude results in shakes that look like this. I honestly did not know you could make a milkshake look unedible but somehow these axe body spray wearing, future titans of industry managed the impossible. Honestly it looks disgusting. The good news though is I was worried about the calories ordering a large but since the cup had so much slippery stuff all over it I managed to have it go flying out of my hands as I tried to maneuver this shake from one room to the next and half of it went flying across the room so guess what ?? half the calories!! YAY ME also burned a few mopping up the horrible mess . I put what was rest of the shake in my blender and actually shook it which I think is key. And it was tasty. But I can't even think about how it looked 🤮

the food and drinks taste absolutely wonderful and the area looks very nice. its convenient placement (next to a neighborhood) is also awesome. some of the employees were a little slow but i don't blame them, I'm sure it was a tiring week since it's always so busy. but overall yeah the place is super nice and I'd definitely visit for a slush again.

I very clearly asked for fries not tots, then when clarifying that I still wanted fries *not tots (at the window) I was simply ignored. I know I speak very clear English. Customer service is non-existent. I'd give 0 if I could cause the customer is important for a business! I am very displeased at the service I just received I almost want to go cry at home because I am misunderstood yet again in life. Thanks for making my very anticipated lunch time an emotional wreck. #Bipolarstruggles but yeah I was totally ignored, I'm not into tots like that.

We LOVE Sonic. Favorite are the slushies - REAL FRUIT lime. Midnight cravings-breakfast sandwich on Texas toast or a foot-long hotdog with chili or the American dog. Can’t decide get it ALL you can’t go wrong. Georgetown location have the nicest staff working there. They bust there booty’s to make sure our food is hot when delivered. Please don’t skimp on tips. It’s just like sitting down at a restaurant — PAY IT FORWARD.

They drizzled chili on my coney dog and tots, which is not how they have been made in the past. When I asked for more chili they gave it to me but said next time there would be an extra charge. If Sonic can't make a real Coney dog right the first time, I won't be back. The onion rings were burnt. The hamburger, shake and blast were good.

Serves is horrible. Employees would not answer the buzzers or the drive-thru. Finally had to get out of the car and go in and ask how I could get service. Told me to get in the Drive-Thru and they would answer only to find out the drive-thru now had a line. Then we get up to get our milkshakes and told that we'd have to wait while they made some ice cream. I would not recommend this place to anyone
