Burger King

I drove 13 minutes to pick up some food for the family and when I got home order was wrong and I got this when I ordered a Texas whopper this looks nothing like it and it had no bacon . I called 4 times no answer. Finally a younger guy answered very rudely and was refusing to give me my money back or get me a new sandwich. Will be talking to coorporate soon

I've given this Burger King more chances than I should have. Today's visit took over 30 minutes to get through an only moderately busy drive through. Got home and realized they forgot half my order (shame on me for not checking I guess). The staff is almost always friendly, but doesn't make up for the fact that it's quite literally the slowest fast food restaurant around, and that this isn't the only time they've forgotten things in my order. Don't bother with this place, go to a local sit-down restaurant. I'm 100% positive it'll be faster.

They were the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. It took literally 20 min to just get to the counter to order and there was only 2 people ahead of me. Then it took another 15 minutes to get my food and when I got it, it wasn't even warm anymore. Definitely the worst BK I've ever come across. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone ever.

Worst fast food place I've been to. People who are here working today, show they don't really care about customer service or know the meaning of fast food. Drive thru line wasn't even moving and no one was communicating through speaker, so we came inside and many workers wandering around slowly, and took 40 min after order placed to finally get food. No updates on what was going on, just very rude workers. I won't ever come back here, that's for sure.

Terrible service. Lobby closed Drive thru is a park through ALL THE TIME! Update: 5-26-22 Took a chance and thought they changed. Nope!! Slow service. Now they offer a whopper melt. Turns out it’s soggy white bread. Nothing like the picture. I think this is the Eddie Murphy home burger! My wife’s whopper was a complete mess too. Terrible food and terrible service.

HORRIBLE!! It’s the only fast food within 10 miles which is the ONLY reason we come here. This is the WORST Burger King I’ve ever been to! Granted… it’s fast food, don’t expect much.. however the wait for this places drive thru is always 15-20 minutes. There’s no one in the lobby, they don’t have half of what is on the menu!!! Service is always so slow! Just be prepared to wait for forever and for them to always be out of most of what you want.
