I ask for lite ice, and cold foam. My cup isn’t full, nor do I really have cold foam. If they were going to barely give me a drink I would of got a smaller size and saved my money. Absolutely ridiculous.

After placing an order at 4:05pm, the Cafe was not busy, one of the workers asked if they started my drink after 10 minutes of waiting. 5 minutes later another worker placed a drink behind the counter in front of another worker. Never acknowledged the drink was sitting there, then pops over to say "oh" then calls my name and walks away. No apology for waiting for 15 minutes for one drink, nothing. Need to handle customer's more appropriately, sincere and empathetic for the inconvenience of the wait.

It was our first time at this location. Our barista was so friendly and courteous. I was having a problem with my Starbucks app, and he helped me with out a problem.
We barely sat down to wait for our coffees, and they were up and ready for us very quickly. Within just a couple of minutes. That's the first time that's happened to us at any starbucks! Definitely will be returning to this location!

Love Starbucks, just wish they would be more consistent. It's a gamble, is my coffee going to taste good and the way I ordered it...sometimes. That kind of sucks for the price lol. Baristas are so friendly and nice.

My mother and aunt visited the store on 5/4/22 with my son who is less than 2yrs old meanwhile not another single person in the store. What a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee with your family right? WRONG, being a 2yr old child of course he is going to be playing and babbling like a small child of that age would however the supposed manager Josh embarrassed my mother by coming up to her and stating that if she can’t quiet my 2yr old son down that he would have to ask them to leave! Mind you no one is in the store at this point and I am at work and my mother calls me in disbelief of how blatantly rude and “discriminatory” the worker had acted. I call speak to Josh and he had no logical explanation for his actions however he did have an exceptional attitude that he displayed which I would assume goes against Starbucks policy and procedures on customer service and satisfaction. I then ask Josh for his managers contact information and he denied me the contact information so I stated okay I will just have to contact corporate to get the information in which I did and am now awaiting a call from his upper management by the name of Shannon. All in all the image was displayed that at this Starbucks families with small children are not welcome please keep this in mind before giving Josh and the Starbucks at 6801 peach street your business.

Shout out to this location! I drove from Jamestown NY due to them being out of espresso for my usually drink. I went to 12th street location first and they messed up my drink and I did not realize until I had left. This location got my drink corrected and I was so happy! Thank you!

We tried to go here 3 times in a week and each time we went they didn't have anything at all. Not to mention the person who was working behind the counter his hands were dirty with dirt. Awful.
