We (a couple) went there after a very long waiting since last time due to COVID19. We realized menu was changed and prices were increased. Ordered platter for two for $29.90 and Butter chicken $19.90 and Roti $4. Platter was over priced for bit and pieces of chicken and 2 prawns. Butter chicken which used to came with a choice of rice or naan came without. Just a bowl of Butter Chicken for $20. So had to order $5 tasteless steamed rice again small portion. At the end we paid $65 for a dinner that actually worth $40 in most of Indian restaurants and even here at Curry Lovers before. Butter chicken tasted nice and the lady who served us was polite. I wish they balance the portion and price. Have a look at Curry Lovers Westmead that’s how the prices should be.

For the benefit of unsuspecting customers..... We ordered online via the website and picked up a small order for quick dinner early on a Saturday night. There was a very long wait despite the fact that it was a small order - 1 serve butter chicken 2 samosas a raita, katchcumber salad some rice. I trustingly picked up my packed bag without checking that everything was in the bag - you would think the restaurant would have checked the online order. It's not hard. It was late and I needed to get home so I drove home with the order - when we unpacked the neatly packaged up bag we realised that some items were not supplied and there was hardly anything in the bags within the packed bag. We ate the meagre meal we ended up with - the absolutely tiny butter chicken portion which barely fed 1 person. Half of our samosas and the raita were missing. I called the restaurant within about half an hour and after various phone calls, hangups and callbacks, being passed to a few different people... I was told that I would receive a refund for the missing items - they had offered delivery of the missing items but by that time I was a bit over the whole thing. We ended up having sandwiches at home to supplement the meal - it was SO disappointing. The 1 star rating is extremely generous. After emailing the receipt and the dockets and confirming with Neeta and her manager that there would be a refund in 3 days I'm STILL waiting. It has now been 3 weeks. I have emailed a number of times and they have not had the decency to reply to my emails at all. No refund. I have been ripped off. If you do order from this restaurant - beware and check your order. I would suggest consider ordering elsewhere. The food was expensive and average and with VERY small portions ( I am not the only one who has said this) for the prices charged. Although on the face of it everyone was friendly at collection, the fact remains that I was overcharged, ignored and lied to about the refund. Customer service dealing with a dispute was also non existent and perhaps apathetic?? I guess once you charge my card - all bets are off. I understand mistakes happen and I have been more than fair and reasonable. I am not impressed and we and anyone we know will not be coming back. A word of advice to you - you are a small business with local family customers - be honest, honourable to your promises and treat your future customers with a bit of respect.

First time to eat Indian cuisine and tried this out. They have kids meal at a very affordable price. $15 for mains, dessert and drinks. Huge serving and finished very full. It’s also my kids first time having Indian food and he loves it. The butter chicken and naan tastes really good. Cannot fault it. Creamy texture and full of flavour. The chicken is tender as well. As for myself I ordered tava goat, the meat is really tender and full of flavour. The garlic naan is delicious. I really recommend for anyone curious with Indian food. Averagely priced. Worth it.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took forever for our food to arrive and they messed up with our order. The food tastes good, the ambiance is nice but it won’t be a good experience if the people serving you are RUDE. If The restaurant is hosting a big party they should have extra staff on the floor. Not a fine dine experience at all. Not going back.

Really bad food with hardly Veg options. Just to be more specific - we had ordered platter in which paneer and kabab was not fully cooked and Samosa was too oily. We had also ordered noodles in which I felt like chef only added chilli and forgot to add any other spices. NOT A PLACE TO EAT VEGETARIAN FOOD. Cocktails were good.
