Starbucks

I love coming here. I love Starbucks now. My favorite so far is the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. That's actually my daughter's favorite as well. I love the pumpkin cream cheese muffins as well so delicious. We always go to the drive thru and it's always super fast. The servers at the window are always nice and courteous as well. It's my happy place lol. The only thing I hate about this Starbucks is that it closes too early.

Hannah was so friendly, we ordered our drinks wrong and got something we weren't expecting. They were so friendly and said they would be happy to remake our drinks. BUT IT GETS WORSE. I went back out to the car and was trying to show my girlfriend the cascading effect from the nitro stuff AND ONE OF THE COFFEES SPILLED EVERYWHERE. I was so frustrated, I went back in to order another coffee and Hannah asked if everything was ok, I replied I had spilled my coffee and was ordering another one. She offered to remake it but I replied it was my fault it spilled. She happily insisted one making me another one, and completely gave me faith in humanity once more. Exemplary customer service, the employees working were all super kind especially 5 minutes from close. You really don't see this in the world anymore and I wish more places were like this. 5/5 highly recommend.

The coffee was awesome!!!! One of the best starbucks i have been to in my entire life!! The Mango Dragon fuit was the bomb and the Caramel frappachino was de-lish-ous!!! Every thing was so clean! And So organized everywhere!! Everythingwas so organized i wanted to buy it all! The outside patio was so nice!!! but i would like more umbrellas out there. The bathrooms where so clean too!! The workers were nice and even though they looked tired they were doing their best!!👏👏i highly recommend this starbucks to anyone!!

Needs a better system for mobile orders. Whats the point of ordering before hand and give them extra time. When you get there and still have to stand around wait 20 min for someone to knowledge you to ask for your drink and it be cold already. Needs to be more organized like every the one in waxahachie.
