HOPEFULLY, this was an "off day" at this restaurant. The waiter forgot to turn-in our or. When he did, the machine tore it apart. We got our breakfast an hour and a half after we ordered ... and the place was practically empty!

Honestly, I am glad with the remodeling job and the new management! The food was great! Shae was my best friend Vanessa and I's waitress today and she was phenomenal! Give that woman a raise because she deserves it in my opinion! :))) She went above and beyond to attend us and I will definitely be coming back and requesting her from now on. I like her. She's cool. I left her more than a 10% tip because 10% was not enough for her service. We love you Shae! Thank you for serving us!

Absolutely never going here again. Four tables with customers, we ordered, waited over an hour, never got our food. Asked the waitress how much longer it would be, she said they would start on our order in 4 minutes. It was taking a long time because online orders go out first! We left and went somewhere that puts customers in the restaurant ahead of online ones. We will never go back.

I was in IHOP last night let me say my server Joshua is super awesome it's been a long time since I had service that good he even ran after my truck to return my glasses I forgot. How this guy isn't a manager I don't know. The manager is an okay dude but he didn't know Jack. The other overnight female server was just smoking outside while this man was taking 6 tables. So kudos Joshua you definitely have a regular and thank you for taking the time to clean up the spilt milkshake off my daughter. You are great.

Usually its pretty decent. The last visit eas great. Great waitress, food was the usual. However, the time before that, the waiter seemed a bit out of sorts; best way I can put it. Kept forgetting things, refills, syrup, etc. Actually brought the hot sauce to the table then walked away with it. When we asked for another slice of ham, he stood there with a blank look on his face, then asked who is it for. Does it matter who?

The Establishment itself was okay. But the wait staff needed more training to be a better server. No coffee refills and they forgot my hash browns. It could be that the young gentleman was just breaking in. Food was very good though

Yummy food at a great price. The staff was super friendly, especially with the kids. Quick service.
Update: The food is still great. Pancakes are a classic favorite of mine, but this time I had the cheese steak sandwich. It was really good.
