Dunkin'

While going through the drive-thru, I ordered the sourdough sandwich with sausage instead of bacon and was very satisfied. So the next time I ordered on the app, I asked for the same substitute and they forgot. They forgot the next 2 times as well. I thought this may be an issue with the app, but when I ordered it the same way to a different location they got it right first try. The staff here are good listeners, but they need to work on their reading skills.

This place is one of the worst Dunkins I have ever ever dealt with! The staff are extremely rude! If you ask them to correct something they try to charge you again instead of simply exchanging the item that they messed up on! I have filed a formal complaint as the owners other locations are wonderful and have truly gone out of their way for me to fix this issue! I am beyond shocked with their customer service as well as the people they hire! But thanks to Dunkin’ Donuts brand they will be handling this immediately with my formal complaint!

Extremely rude staff! Something has got to change! Management? What management? Extremely rude and down right incapable of training staff on how to treat their customers! Our money pays for your paychecks you should be more respectful! Won’t ever go here again and I am filing a formal complaint as something WILL CHANGE!
