The staff was very rude and didn’t understand what we asked no matter how many times we explained it. He also falsely accused us of filling up a cup then throwing it out.

Stopped at this store to purchase a drink and use the restroom. Employee barged through the “locked door” while I was using the toilet, I believe his name was Marcus. While I expressed being upset he continued to be extremely argumentative, cussing and threatening. Never once apologized. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Will not be using this store again and hope the manager reaches back out to me to resolve this.

There was a guy named Thomas white guy with tattoos super nice and sweet he deserves more respect there he works too hard! Very outgoing and helpful finding things I wanted to buy!

I got released from the ER at Scripps in the middle of the night a couple weeks ago and walked to 7-11. The clerk was very friendly and kind. After my purchase I went out front to call someone fora ride. The clerk came outside to sweep the front sidewalk and noticed me. Asked me if I was hungry, which I was. He went back inside and came back out with a couple hot dogs and just gave them to me. Things like that happen so much fewer and further between than they used to. I had a horrible 5-6 hours before coming into the store and just that simple act of kindness touched me. And because of that I will only go to that 7-11 when I am in Encinitas from now on.

The whole store is rude then tried makin a complaint got hung up on so I just went next door and they helped me as needed

Great service and the manager let me use the employee restroom for a toilet emergency! Wish they had public bathrooms for regular use tho :) thanks a lot guys!!

I have been to this store for over5 years and this is the second or third time I have gotten horrible service.
The clerk was nasty tonight like if he was on something.
Ithat will be my last time going into his store he was rude that I didn’t even buy anything I just left and went somewhere else
