Subway

Did an online order that included 3 chocolate chip cookies. When I arrived she informed me they were out of cookies. I said that was ok and ask for a refund. But apparently she wasn’t capable of doing a refund And there was no one else there.. she offered me ONE BAG OF CHIPS for $2 worth of cookies.. are you serious?!?! Not only is it extremely stupid to not have someone capable of giving refunds there at all times. It is UNBELIEVABLY stupid to have one little teenage girl closing the place at night.

While my sandwich was being made by an obvious trainee, the woman overseeing her berated her for making a mistake and told the trainee to go in the back room. If this is how they train people its no wonder they can't keep good help. Managers need to take care of the people who take care of their customers.

5 workers making sandwiches today, all stood in line waiting to hear what I ordered so they could add their part to the sandwich. 5 people touched the sandwich - and this still managed to take 25 minutes to prepare. When an ingredient ran out, that person left the line to grab it while everyone else stood there and waited for them to finish. I suggested that one person make the entire sandwich at which point some giggled and whispered instead of engaging in discussion with the customer. Communication was poor, somebworkers not happy as over worked while the others sat and waited instead of pitching in. Ridiculous

This is the 2nd time . First time it wasn't good .Very little stuffing in wrap .No ice in pop machine. Thought I would try again. Nope shouldn't have . Out of the new bread so got another wrap. Got tired of telling girl to put more on . 2 onion and pepper at a time ridiculous. No ice still she said its broken. I told her I was there a month ago and there was none. She says yeah they just haven't fixed it yet.l won't be going back at this one again

Good place, just don't go around 4:15 or you'll get stuck behind this obnoxious lady who gets 7 sandwiches and takes waaaay too long on the modifications. We get it, "normal" extra oil isn't enough so you need extra extra oil but not DOUBLE the amount of extra oil more like a NORMAL portion of oil followed by a normal EXTRA portion of oil... Just go buy a jug of oil and keep it in your purse for the love of St. Joallini the 5th...

Its only 6pm on a Saturday and the only bread they have is wheat and flat bread!!! To top it off my order I put through online so the payment was already processed so to order from another subway was out of the question!!! How do u only have 2 types of bread on a Saturday when u still have 3 hours left of service????? Can we say too lazy to make more bread or what have u been doing the last 8 hours????
