Very nice location. The coffee and food is as you expect from Starbucks. Staff are all helpful and pleasant. Never more than a couple of minutes queue, always somewhere to sit. Now they have the autumn season pumpkin spice drinks, yummy!

Ely Cloisters Starbucks, what can I say….always a warm friendly welcome, so many regulars who return day in day out for their fix of coffee, a quick chat with the wonderful barista’s!

The staff members were all accommodating and lovely!! I had a soya flat white and it was delicious (with a lovely pattern on the top which added to the experience). The cafe was being cleaned regularly.

The staff were polite and took our order.we were a large group and all the cakes were fresh. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks. The only downside was that some of the tables needed to be cleared and wiped down and the floor needed to be swept in places. It was very busy, so I can understand why this hadn't been done. I will definitely be going back as I love the coffee.

The cafe is quite quaint and pleasant to relax in and the coffee is exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks. The only problem I had with the cafe was that perhaps they might be a tad understaffed as I see litter on most tables after customers have left and I only see 2 people serving in the cafe.

I was served my Emily and Evie today. Evie is always lovely when she’s working and Emily made such a lovely coffee with a perfect rosetta. Highly recommend

There is always a smiley face waiting for you in this particular Starbucks. Yes, they are a chain store, but they are a local one and know many people by there first names and always remember what your fave drink is. The service is always friendly, professional and carried out with a smile. The store itself is always clean & tidy and they always have a wide selection of food in store, both savoury & sweet. It’s also a large store with an up & downstairs, so there’s usually always a seat. All in all an excellent Starbucks made all the better because of the staff 😊 The Pecan & Sticky Toffee Buns are delicious 😋

Really friendly service. Barista took time out to ask about my day and was genuinely interested even though it was quite busy. Shame she didn’t have a name badge on otherwise I’d have name-checked her and made her famous!!🙂. Made me a delicious tasting coffee too.
