Stay away from this place, unorganised chaos lack of service and cold food. First they made me wait 30 mins and then kept food aside instead of calling out that food is ready. Disappointed I hope the shop owner is taking notice of reviews.
Soggy chips and cold burger if that is what you need go here!

Person serving disinterested. Couldn't even repeat the order back correctly. Burger is burnt to a char - see pic. Not the first time this has happened. Probably won't be the last.

We had a birthday party here for the kids and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much to manager, Jennifer for making this so much fun. Incredibly helpful and efficient and friendly! And ripper burgers as always. I can’t believe the Impossible burger - it takes like meat - but isn’t!!

Great consistent burgers. I've been eating at this store for 6 years, they are always consistently good.
I think the number one thing that I like is that the chip portions are always hot and fresh, it's like every single portion of chips is cooked fresh for each order, as opposed to most places that just cook heaps of chips at once when they're getting busy which leaves the chips either half hot half cold or just poor quality in general.
Grilled has worked it out and that's why I keep coming back for more. Keep up the great work everyone and thankyou !!!

Ridiculously overpriced. A large serving of chips doesn’t come with nearly enough sauce. So I’m asking for more they stung me $1.20 for another miniature tub… Always looking to make profit wherever they can! Avoid coming to grill’s and support smaller burger businesses.

There was an amazing young man on till. Jack explained all about the local matters programs, took my order, made my food and served it to me all by himself. ripper bloke - lovely experience

Shockingly bad Grill'd experience time after time at this establishment. Go to any other Grill'd but this one, they obviously do not care about customer service. Burger was burnt to a crisp and dry with hardly any toppings. Tasted horrible, last time I come here.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in many years! Had a cheese and bacon burger and it was so juicy and delicious, with a beautiful smokey flavour. The fries with crispy and crunchy. Nice variety on the menu too incl vegetarian options.
