Mobile order though drive thru. Works flawlessly. Sometimes long lineups but staff complete orders very quickly. Never have issues with orders being wrong or missing items.

Perhaps if the drive thru worker hates their job they shouldn’t be customer facing. I shouldn’t feel like I ruined her day by showing up

Got the girls ice cream before going to the park, they only had vanilla, it was good for the price and seeing as Elliot Lake has no more Dairy Queen, it was our only option.

McDonalds is so yummy but not this one in- where I live one of the staff members spilt my Dads drink all over him down with the bad staff!

Value has seriously gone downhill. This is no longer a cheap and fast option for a meal. A family if 4 costs $50 to feed. For an extra $3-4 per person you can go to a real restaurant and eat a much better meal that doesn't leave you hungry 30 minutes later.

Very nice place to stop for a coffee.
Could someone explain to me why in the restrooms of McDonald there's no paper towels, or disinfectant for your hands has you go in and out? When there's no towel to wipe your hands and to hold the handle to open the door. What's the use of cleaning your hands!!!

Multiple employees wearing masks under their mouth. When asked to put on correctly they complied. However 10 seconds later is was falling under their nose again. Asked again and told them they need to sanitize after touching their mask. Employee raised their voice at us. Asked for manager and he immediately raised his voice and banned us. Absolutely the worst customer service. Never returning.

Double check your order before leaving... You can repeat the order 100 times and they WILL still get it wrong. And ordering ahead is great but they will still mess up...just double checking it All. Last time I was missing a burger and fry and toppings we asked for removed...
