Ruby Tuesday

Let me start my review by thanking all the workers in the restaurant business for working during all this Covid mess. I truly appreciate them. I throughly enjoyed my meal here, the burger and fries were tasty and as usual the salad bar is always top shelf and filled with freshness. We sat outside and I must commend our server Kristie who was very attentive to our needs.

Just came in tonight with my husband and we both got the salad bar, which was pretty good! I ordered the shrimp pasta and him the chicken carbonara. My shrimp was so overcooked that the seasoning crystallized on the shrimp and was not edible. The pasta sauce had no seasoning, not even salt. His chicken carbonara didn’t have any peas, because they were out of peas, along with baby back ribs, crispy fried shrimp, salmon, and onion rings. Management is obviously failing horrendously at their job. It’s not fair to the rest of the staff to constantly explain everything to their customers and have to double their workload. Our server Krystal was very nice and understanding when we decided to send our plates back and go home. 2 stars for Ms.Krystal.

I came in tonight with my friend and we both ordered the sirloin steak, when we received are food everything was good except for the steaks. I ordered a rare steak and got a medium rare and when i got it the outside looked pale white and tasted uncooked. And my friends she said hers tasted like rubber. But other than that are servers were amazing I do recommend London and crystal if you ever come here. They are lovely people. will treat you well and will make sure that everything is perfect for you. They will do what they can to help make it right. So they are amazing for that.

Went to the bar to have a drink and order dinner, thought it would be faster service then waiting for a table. Not! Our shoes stuck to the bar floor sticky everywhere! The bar surface was sticky. Menus stuck to the surface of the bar counter... Service was extremely slow but the bartender was busting his butt the best he could. They were short staffed. The salad Bar was not kept up with items. The potato salad was disgusting!! My meal was pretty good though, bourbon chicken breast (very small and thin) the glaze was awesome! Mashed potatoes were good if you like them cold. Broccoli was good. 2 stars because the chicken.. although small, was very good with the glaze. Not sure if I would return if I was in the area...

We had an amazing experience today at Ruby Tuesday!! I got the Honey Glazed Salmon salad & my hubby got the Hickory Bourbon Chicken. They were prepared excellently & the bar service was quick! We sat at the bar because the host advised that they had one server this evening. Would definitely recommend!
