Food was good.... The blonde lady taking the orders was a little too consumed with answering your text messages and sending texts over taking orders promptly and efficiently. The brunette lady getting our order ready did more work then the lady that took our order because she was on her cell phone the whole time we were at the drive-up window except for giving us our change and our pops at the same time the rest of the time she spent on her phone now I know why we waited for a hot minute for her to take our order it was very apparent her phone was much more important than the customers. Employees should not have their cell phones on them. I thought it was just a problem for children and teenagers it's apparently not!!! The food was good because of the other employees working!!!!

I used to love going to Arby's! Was one of my favorite fast food restaurants ever of all time. Now unfortunately with the poor service and the horrible product and high prices!!!!!! I think it's time for me to stop spending my money with them. I enjoy the beef and cheddar sandwich but the sandwich has gone completely downhill very little onion on the bun that they call an onion bun! And it is way over baked that the top of the onion bun is brown to dark brown!!!! What a shame that you have become just like every other place high prices for inferior food 😠😠😠😠 Signed your customer no longer!!!

By leaving a review I'm labeling myself as being guilty of eating fast food. I promise I only stopped here as a once-in-a-while indulgence. Other fast food restaurants were either closed due to staff shortages or drive troughs weren't open do to the same. The staff was incredibly kind and even had a positive tone in their voices, which is probably not easy to maintain these days. Anyway the food we actually very good and lived up to the images on the screen. Guilty as charged. I may even reoffend.

I love this location. My partner’s parents live in elk river and sometimes it’s difficult to find a fast food spot worth stopping at. They’re all inconsistent, EXCEPT this arbys. You might have to wait a lil while in the drive thru but, the fresh and well made food makes it worth it. I work in food and know how low staffed everywhere is right now, and would rather wait with a smile then be rushed through the line to eat less than adequate food. Love this place
