Fast & very friendly service. The Strawberry Surf Rider is one of my go-to smoothies here. I like that they use real fruit & sherbert. I also enjoy the reduced Wednesday special on Oatmeal w/two toppings. Oatmeal is quick & filling from here. Anytime the weather is nice & warm, expect this place to have a line out the door.

I’ve actually encountered friendly staff here so far, all except for one. I went in today asking about a smoothie BOGO offer they have, I know the offer said smoothie but I wanted to ask if I could do one juice instead, so I did. Only for the worker to say “no” and then proceed to blatantly laugh at me as if I was stupid. Now I don’t think what I said was funny, if you don’t ask then you never know. Her name was Brielle I believe. Her attitude is not professional at all.

Was the 1st customer in line, ordered two drinks. Stood around for at least 15 min and during that time the shop filled up. Staff was so busy that I couldn't even interrupt to get the status of my drinks. After at least 30 min, I inquired about my order which had been sitting there that whole time and now melted, not to mention the wrong size and they forgot the second drink. By the time I got my order, the place was empty and I was a little annoyed.

Use to be able to count on this location to be professional and a great experience. But today very slow as they didnt know how to use the register and kinda rude. My main reason for writting this though is that I saw Bry and (senior of some sort) tell an older gentleman that they rang him up the wrong price and that they would have to ring him up again becouse what he originally paid for was lesser then what they charged him. This is after his order is made and the older gentleman had to wait. The older man didnt understand why as what he was given wasnt the right size to begin with and was later then what he ordered!!!! How backwards do you have to be. So next I saw Bry poor his drink in the smaller size and waste a cup, the 1 inch and half smoothie, and everyone's time for a 30 cent mistake they made and should have just handed to the man. If you make a mistake it's your fault your lost
