The food is pretty good here. They are nice and friendly. I haven't had much problems just they sometimes forget the hot sauce. Update, they have been perfect the last 20 times lol , yes, I have been eating too much TBell lol

I went there today around 5:30pm and it was pretty busy but the young gentleman in the drive-thru were so polite and courteous and made my food in a timely manner. I was just amazed how nice they were because sometimes at fast food restaurants (like the Burger King on Randall Rd. near Target) they act as if you’re bothering them and you can’t even get a simple “Hello”. But I was very happy when I left and I hope their management sees this and rewards them. BTW the new fried cheese chalupa is 🔥🔥🔥!

I do not normally eat at Taco Bell. So, I look up their menu an item for $2.00. When I get to the drive thru, the menu shows it is $2.69. So I ask the girl if it is cheaper to order online than through the drive thru and explained the discrepancy. She said "I don't know." I asked her if she could find out. She was not able to give me an answer to what I believe is a simple, straight-forward question. I was concerned about the people making my food and the quality of the preparations, so I left.

Is there anything in that place that's not spicy as hell????? And sometimes they take forever to give you your order, yesterday they had ua waiting for 15 minutes! Fast food? Sure... NOT!

Best t bell around south Elgin. Quick, and they get there orders right, and stay open late!

So says they open at 8 A.M. So I went to order through the drive-thru at 8:15 A.M. and over the intercom it says they are closed which was confusing because the opening time according to their hours says they should be open.

They have an order kiosk on the inside. Don't go straight to the counter to order. I'm a fan of their simple bean burrito.
