Usually have a good experience but not today. My fiancé picked up food for my family and whoever was working drive thru forgot the fries, forgot the utensils and salad dressing.Also ordered regular nuggets they gave us spicy!Ordered online put in the instructions no onions on the burger and surprise surprise they put onions on the burger! The employees either have to be trained better or fired!!!

I'd eat just the pretzel bun by itself, that's how good it is to me. All the other ingredients compliment it. Whatever sauce was in it tasted phenomenal. I'd love it as a dipping sauce so I can drench the burgure in it after opening so I don't have to lick it off the wrapping. They no longer have the pretzel bun but the bourbon burger is a great substitute. I would highly recommend but the sauce in it is quite sweet.

This place needs to learn about customer service and learn to accept their mistakes rather than blaming customer who is paying for food. I Ordered spicy nuggets and gave me regular ones, good thing I checked for how many ranch they gave me(usually I ask for more and always get 1) and found out they didn’t give me spicy nuggets . Went back inside and manager tells me next time I need to check my order on the screen if its correct (have four items on your order and good luck seeing the first item on order on that screen) - if it wasn’t clear why employee didn’t ask to re-confirm. oh wait I didn’t get the receipt either after paying for it at 1st window- I might have checked and corrected it with cashiers before proceeding to next window for pickup (on other hand I don’t ask for receipt either because I trust them they have right order).
