Mcdonald's

I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the workers here! We ordered THIRTEEN happy meals for a little league game! I felt so bad we ordered them all at once when they were short staffed. They immediately got to work on it and were so fast and so understanding, I am so eternally grateful. the service was the best I've ever had and the manager on staff and each and every one of the workers on staff were so amazing. Thank all of you for making what would've been such a stressful evening so much easier!!

fast service good hotcakes maybe i like them because they remind me of tortillas. also got a mcgriddle. i requested the grape jam because another location didn't give me jam and maybe it's only if you request(?) breakfast items are prolly my favorite part of their menu. this location (and not sure if it's all of them or just some) does not serve breakfast all day. anyways despite being busy, i got my order fast and well made!

On 03/10/22 around 10 am I ordered through drive-thru. Young lady took my order repeated my order and gave me my total. Young lady charged me at the first window, after I payed my total I proceeded to the second window. As I waited very patiently I noticed I forgot to order an extra mc double, so I kindly asked the woman at the second window if I can order an extra mc double I forgot to order. This woman replied back to me in a very rude way "NO" because there's no registers near by, that i can go back on drive thru wait in line and order one. This is by far the MOST LAZIEST customer service I have ever encountered! First off this woman did not have her name tag on. Second horrible with customers. Third who hired her? Her lazy and unprofessional service made my morning/afternoon bad. Mc Donald's I didn't know this is how you treat your loyal customers who drive a distance to grab a meal at YOUR restaurant. All I wanted was to add a simple Mc Double to my order but instead I got denied after I pay $30 I get denied to add a Mc Double!!! Really ridiculous! So I just want to thank you McDonald's for the wonderful lazy people you hire to reject your kind customers.
