Staff was rude, hospitality is something that was lost to her. The place was empty so she had no reason to be mean spirited, maybe she really hated making sandwiches. Either way it was not confidence inspiring and I left.

Before I even walked inside a disgruntled customer stormed out and to warned me "not to waste my time". I wasn't sure what she was talking about until I entered the shop. This has got to be THE WORST SUBWAY LOCATION I have ever visited. The lady literally avoided serving me by hiding in the back, when she'd pop her head out and see that I was still there trying to get her attention she'd pop back out of sight. I felt I was playing a game of Peak-a-Boo. Eventually she got the hint that I wasn't about to leave... When she finally served me she had an attitude, slammed stuff around and rolled her eyes. After my sandwich was made she refused to serve me food to dine in because she claimed she was closing up soon. Yet, the sign on the door indicated the shop wasn't going to close for another 3 hour. I'm not sure what her problem was? But she was refusing customers after me and spent her time on her cellphone sitting near the back kitchen sink. I don't know her name because she did not wear a name tag but she had short black hair, in her 20's, Filipino and wore a silver necklace with a crown icon.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION!!!

The Manager of this location needs to pay attention to when events are on at Roger's Place and schedule more than 1 employee!!

The 1 star is based on the fact it is under staffed. NOT THE ACTUAL SERVICE!

I come to this subway almost every morning during the weekdays. There is a woman working there in the morning usually (not sure her name, she is Filipino) but she is extremely cheap with toppings. When I come I buy a footlong sub and a cup of soup every morning. I love subway and have gone to all of them around the city but this one is the worst experience. When I ask for salt & pepper I have to say "that's enough" 3x before she stops (I feel like she deliberately does this). Will not be coming back and do not recommend this subway in Edmonton.

Service was atrocious. Waited 10+ mins for the cashier to show up. Assumed they were just using the washroom, but no they were around the corner and didn't bother to look for customers once in that time. Only noticed me when another customer came in.

Typical Subway. Convenient location and make sure to ask for your prferred toppings.

The quality of food was good, items were fresh etc, and cleanliness of store was pretty nice. But the staff were very slow to notice I needed assistance (too caught up in their cell phone).
