I ordered 8 piece extra crunchy. The sides were delicious. The chicken was burnt tasting as well as gross taste of being cooked in old oil. It was also dry. I have been a KFC lover for 50+ years. This is honestly the worst chicken from KFC that I have ever been served. You can see the horrible quality in the pictures posted. I called 2 numbers to speak to a manager. No answer. So for the first time ever, I’m posting a poor review.

BEWARE! Went through drive-thru at 2107 W Danforth in Edmond, OK. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Got home and found that they cut a whole breast in half and placed only half on each sandwich. FRAUD! Don't try calling, they won't answer the phone. Will never go there again!

Drove through on the way back into town from visiting in Kansas City. Unfortunately, we unpacked, and such, before sitting down to eat. Food was still pretty good, but most definitely would have been better and fresher earlier. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time. Seems like most of the "spice" was from the condiment instead of the chicken, though. I'll try it again soon!

Not sure what going on with your location but KFC is known for the delicious biscuits…BUT this biscuit looks like you popped it out of a can and baked it. Not to mention, why is your dining area closed after the mask mandate was lifted. My husband and I have eaten at your location for past 3 years since we moved to this area but these last few months your service and quality has definately taken a turn and not a good one.

Short staffed, which is understandable. Came inside to order, and was told they weren’t taking inside orders, that I needed to go through the drive thru. I wasn’t in a vehicle, I walked. Was I supposed to stand and pretend to be a car? Regardless, they didn’t take my order. I sat & placed an order through the app which took 25 minutes. Not impressed.

Not open inside still. KFC get it together man. Staff was working hard to fulfill orders. But the we got was not very hot and we were missing a order of fries in the kids meal.

This is the 2nd time I have been here in the last 6 months. I got a bucket of chicken with 3 sides. The chicken was dry to say the least. As for the sides, the mac and cheese looked like what you would see at Walmart that had been setting there all day. The biscuits weren’t even good. I am not one to complain but the food was terrible. That will be the last $35 kfc will be getting from me. This was the kfc on Danforth.

Food was okay, KFC sauce isn't good. Dining area was dirty, had to wipe off table ourselves to sit.
