Just wanted to post and say how impressed I am with the worker that served us today… I preordered 5 sandwiches and had him make another when I got there, he looked busy and flustered but he got all of those orders done in a timely manner. They were all delicious and perfect. I would really recommend that the manager of this location hire additional workers though, and give this man a raise! He had to restock the food, take the order, make and heat the sandwiches, do the veggies, and man the cash register all by himself. Picked up the food around 1:00 on may 22nd so that the manager can see which worker I am talking about.

I’ve been here twice in the last couple of months and both times there was only 1 person working while it was during lunch and dinner time. They were trying very hard but it took forever to get our food, and they were out of things like lids, and several different meats. The management need to do better with scheduling people to work.

Yesterday our visit was not a good visit and the guy- Travis should not have a job after this!!! I was standing by the entrance while my husband and daughter were patiently waiting on Travis to finish his phone call (he was standing in front of them at the prep station-where they make the sandwiches). At the point of him touching his cell phone to hang up and put it down, I walked over and nicely asked him if he would switch out his gloves he had on while he did all that. As he was switching out gloves he was agitated and asked why I asked him to switch out the gloves. I told him why and he continued to carry on and cause an arguement. He let me know he was the assistant manager and that he didn't have to switch out his gloves which I told him he was correct and that I suggested by asking. I asked him to stop arguing and caring on so we could order my kid's sandwich and he continued on and started cussing at me. At that point I asked for the store managers number and during the ongoing argument prior to me asking for the managers number he offered up the information that he was on the phone with the manager (I am assuming to make it seem like my husband and daughter weren't waiting on a personal call to order their food). While I'm standing there waiting on him to find the managers phone number (which should have been quick since that's who he was just on the phone with, took at least 3 minutes for him to scroll through and find) I double check with my husband to make sure he heard the guys response as to whom he offered to let us know who he was on the phone with earlier. I actually talk to Kim (the manager) who is shocked at what I'm telling her. While I'm talking to her the guy continues to cuss and my husband at that point has had enough. I ended up getting my husband and daughter to walk away and at NO point did I cuss or provoke any reason for this employee to act in this manner. This all transpired because I simply asked an employee of Subway to switch out his gloves. I didn't even ask him to go wash his hands, I didn't yell at him because what he had just done would have been frowned upon by the Health Department. I didn't give him a lecture I simply asked him to switch out his gloves. I should not have been cussed at, talked over and/or told that he doesn't care that I'm a customer. I'm appalled at what happened at Subway yesterday. The lack of professionalism and restraint is a DIRECT reflection of Subway and after speaking with Kim I'm not sure if this will even have consequences. I am also at the point where I don't feel comfortable even going to the Wal Mart if the guy is still working at Subway. I waited to leave this review because I was going to talk to Kim on Monday but I'm disturbed after speaking with the manager this guy was at work this morning at Subway. We had to go back to Wal Mart because we forgot some of our groceries due to how shooken up I was with his verbal attack. The only reason I know he was there is because we HAVE to walk by subway to walk into Wal Mart. This guy is now able to treat other people like this and to also not follow proper food handling procedures while having direct contact with customers orders.
STAY AWAY!!!
*Kim offered us a meal for our whole family to apologize for what happened and for us to come in Monday. I don't trust eating there due to this employees lack of concern to follow procedures and what's not to say he's touched/handled any other food and contaminated it?!

Really good sandwichesBut today they were out of tomatoes.To me a sandwich isn't a sandwich without tomatoes. Maybe they should go in the store and buy tomatoes when they're out

I came in sunday may 23rd at noon. The man working behind the counter was completely rude. He had no customer service skills at all.

Went to Wal-Mart (this Subway is inside the Wal-Mart), son went to the restroom and said a Subway employee was in the restroom and left without washing his hands. Bleh. Employee did the urinal lean - so he went hands free, but still. I wouldn't eat here.

How the heck does a Subway inside of a grocery store run out of lettuce? The produce department is adjacent, like, you share a wall with the lettuce. A head of lettuce is what, a buck? I understand its not Subway brand lettuce or whatever, but come the truck on.
This is so dumb.

Subway is my go to sandwich shop. Love their Veggie Delight and Tuna. What I like is it is my way and not someone else's likes on dressing and veggies.
