If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered two footlong sandwiches. One was correct, the other wasn’t toasted like I requested, no cheese, bacon was cold, missing sauce. I also ordered chips that apparently they didn’t have but didn’t tell me and just gave us other chips without asking. Then preceded to give me attitude when I asked for the correct chips not knowing they didn’t have them.

We placed our order online to get the discount available. We walked inside as our sandwiches were being made. I asked for mayonnaise on the bread she told me she would do it after. I told her again I wanted it on the bread she repeated it again she would do it after. I walked away and the person I was with finally convinced her to put the mayonnaise on as I had asked. After she completed the sandwich she then put mayonnaise on top of the sandwich which is not what I asked for. I didn't notice this until we had already left and were on our way out of town.

Don’t bother ordering online! Placed an online order, paid, picked up, made the mistake of not checking the order, and every single sandwich was incorrect! Not 1 mistake, not 2, but 4 sandwiches made incorrectly! Did they even attempt to read the order that came through to them? Judging by the results I would say NO! They obviously care little about the product they serve and do not care about doing their jobs correctly! ! Cookies were also raw! Cooked on the edges and completely raw in the middle! HELLO! That’s a definite safety risk! Absolutely does not meet the standards and practices required for safe food handling for restaurants! Just take the time to go in and watch them make your sandwich! I would also make sure they actually baked the cookies! If not you will not get what you want or what you ordered and you might just get sick!
