They forgot to put the cinnatwist we bought in our bag. I mentioned that to them the next time I went there to eat, but still got charged for them. No apologies, not even any acknowledgement to what I told them. Went there last night got 4 spicy potato tacos, 2 had the spicy sauce and two just had the residual of the sauce like maybe 🤔 they had it and then scraped it off idk. They are always cool up there and friendly.

I like to consider this location as my "Home Store" as I almost always order from this location. The service is usually very quick and 8/10 times my order is spot on. It's the other 2 times that caused me to rate them 4 stars.

Always friendly service, clean, well organized and executed teamwork. Susan took my order, and was such a delight to interact with. I love the food as well, and the Senior discount! This particular location is my favorite Taco Bell. Update:. Still the best TB I have ever been to. Robert made me the best Power steak burrito I have ever had. Still excellent, courteous staff, great food, my fav TB. Update:.Sept 29, 2018. Again, great lunch. Had the Power Bowl Chicken, yummy!

When I dine-in, the employees always try to make casual conversation with me. That may not be for everyone, but I appreciate the employees going one step further to actually interact with me. 😀👍

Best place ever they gave me “booty nuggets” inside joke but best customer service made my day the workers are the best and food was amazing!!!

The costumer service was amazing. There are very friendly people working on drive thru at night. They were super patient and multiple people made recommendations for us. It was fast and the food was pretty good too. The potato taco was a great vegetarian option. Overall, it was a great late-night food experience.

What an amazing crew!! I called asking if they'd be willing to donate food or give us a discount for my son's football team. I had no idea that instead of requesting permission internally, their store Manager, Joy, had instead told her crew that she would be buying our meal instead. Huge blessing for our boys. In a college town that has a reputation for restaurants with poor customer service, they just put themselves far above any other chain in Edmond.
