The worst service ever! the man names Moray or who ever it is doesn't have the slightest of manners or etiquette to deal with the customers. Got milk in the morning and it was expired went to go return it asked for receipt (which the he did not give earlier) and now yelled at me and said never come back to this store, I will never return anything. DONT GO TO THIS STORE EARLY IN THE MORNING IF YOU WANT YOUR DAY TO BE RUINED.

I have been to this establishment on a few occasions early in the morning to get coffee and other things before I start work. Every time I go the worker has a serious attitude. He is very rude, and doesn’t help with anything. This morning I went to get coffee and the sign on the door says $1 any size cup. Well he charged me $2 and change and when I told him can I put my rewards numbers in he told me too late. I don’t care about the $2 it’s the principal of it all why are you treating customers like this? I will NEVER go to this establishment again and i hope people take heed to this review.

I was at the seven eleven on oak tree road in Edison New Jersey and received the worst customer service in all my time going in convenience stores this seven eleven employee (Pranav Patel) which Is a fake name he gave me to so he didn’t get in trouble but any way used profanity screamed and also yelled at me for no apparent reason I didn’t have my cell phone with me inside left it in the car unfortunately I would’ve recorded it but I unfortunately left it in the vehicle outside but I leave the comment warning people to watch out for this one individual I wish I could leave a picture of just so you don’t have to go through the aggravation that I did he should be fired as soon as possible by his manager (Milun)It’s a shame that customer service has gone downhill so far at this one location more or less 7-Eleven’s are pretty good but this one is rotten I hope I can eat it I warning to anyone who will try to attempt to go there because it is not as it was they have new stuff and it is not a customer friendly environment try to avoid stopping at that particular 7-Eleven you will be grateful I wish I had someone to warn me otherwise I would’ve not gone there in conclusion if you do encounter this individual you may want to just turn around and exit the place but I guess enter at your own risk..

One person was extremely rude and did not let me use the bathroom at midnight and when I went to buy something he was just putting stuff on the shelf while I was waiting even after we made eye contact. He did the same thing for a friend of mine. Another person let me use the bathroom before around the same time so it should have been ok.
