Wanted some starbucks today but apparently they are closed. The shelves are empty and no staff was around.

Inattentive - Starbucks needs to allow items ordered via the app easily accessible to be picked up by the customer without asking employees. Employees are inattentive or disregard the customer when you try to pick them up.

I have to complain, unbelievable who is the mamager there? It happened abour 2.50pm-3.30pm sunday
it took me about 30 mins to get out from there!
1st! How possible the manager let ONE GUY on the front of the menu ? When there were a lot folks waiting.
2nd! Food taste no good. This is not chipotle. Beans not same flavor, rice! Come on guys! Keep working to fix it.

Slow service and waited more than 15 mins. Staffs aren’t working and just chatting there. Store manager really needs to train their staffs for this location!!!

Ordered a small ice coffee. I had forgotten my wallet. Was around 15 cents short. Kristen was working the register. She saw how upset I was. And came to the rescue. She took 15 cents from her own pocket and helped me. That was so amazing how she did that. True hospitality like this doesn’t exist anymore. Or so I thought! Thank you Kristen

This is the Starbucks I usually go to. Friendly, quality baristas make your food or drink quickly. I've never had a problem here and I always feel welcomed. As for the quality of the food and drink,

Stopped by yesterday afternoon and got to watch an employee - who wasn't working - go behind the counter and distract several employees with pictures from her phone before she grabbed a drink and walked away. Pretty unprofessional but par for the course. Another employee walked away from a busy line once before to take care of the cell phone she dropped in a drink. Perhaps management should look into barring cell phones at work like every other place of business. Might not have to wait 10-20 minutes for an order.
