Dunkin'

Horrible service. No masks nor gloves. I waited on the drive thru for 20 mins to get a sluggish egg sandwich and it wasn’t toasted and the cheese not melted. Looks disgusting. I tried to return it and they told me they have to call the boss. Waited another 15 mins, the lady called the boss and he was trying to explain to her how to cancel an order. Very frustrating!!!! That made me go online and look up the reviews and no surprising it has horrible ones already

I went into Dunkin at this location with 6 people including a 3 year old. We all ordered coffee and breakfast sandwiches. There was a sign that the restroom was for employees only. I politely asked the manager to use the restroom. He initially refused. After I told him we would all leave he reluctantly opened the door.

Doesn’t even deserve one star 😳 I can’t even believe this is a business. A bunch of kids cussing and playing behind the counter, loud and obnoxious, play fighting. Unbelievable. Calling each other the end word. Place is dirty. Then had the nerve to give me the wrong drink. Will def be calling corporate.

Let me preface this by saying i hate leaving bad reviews on places and I NEVER do it. but wow— i don’t know what happened here but this is the worst dunkin’ i’ve literally ever been to. i used to go there every day but sometime this past year i noticed that a bunch of new people came and the quality got even worse. now, i don’t have high standards for fast food at all, but wow. it’s honestly incredible how bad it is. expect to wait 20+ minutes for a coffee in the drivethru even if there’s only 1 person in front of you. expect them to say “we don’t have that” to just about everything you try to order. also they’re randomly closed all the time. i had food given to me twice that was still cold/frozen in the middle. i drive out of my way on the way to work to go to a different one.
