The food came 2 hours late, it was absolutely freezing the box my chicken came in was literally soggy? They gave me the wrong Cookie and that cookie had a hair in it?
Awful, order incomplete and what did arrive was stone cold and looked like it had been thrown together by a child, full order inedible, this is meant to be a margarita slice and cheesy garlic slice, sub was soggy and falling apart and did not have the correct items on it either, a complete fail
food stone cold order confirmed at 12:36 and didn’t arrive until 2 pm. missing onion on the subway and the cheese? order was that cold that we had to heat it in the oven. reasoning behind was because the freezing drinks where in a bag with the warm food? absolutely awful.
Deliveroo orders take priority over customers in shop. Usually only 1 staff member on shift. Go elsewhere.
They keep you waiting for 20 minutes without saying anything to you and then tell you it will be another 30 minutes before they can serve you as they have online orders which take priority. Rude staff and shocking waiting times
Eating one of your steak and cheese subs in the car just now, your staff member was lovely to deal with. This man clearly works for his company and nor his wage. Cracking attitude and I shall make a point of stopping back again soon. Thanks buddy.
