Decent fried seafood platter for a late dinner

Had a big order so had to wait 10mins but it was worth it, everything was made fresh and was seasoned very well! Big portion for the price keeping in mind it’s in Edinburgh on The Royal Mile

This place is situated in a perfect location in the old Town.
We wanted to try the fried Mars bar, which was really tasty but overpriced around £5+ each for a small Mars bar.
We then ordered the fish and chips. Honestly, I was in to minds when I sore it sitting there in the hot cabinet but I ordered it anyway. I should have gone with my instinct and walked away.

Absolute fantastic best chippy in Scotland I had a steak pie supper my partner had chips cheese n curry my son had chips and we enjoyed it prices are spot on too this is a wee hidden gem just down from the castle on royal mile staff are polite too and service is fast even during the tattoo when they where packed well done all involved fresh and filling

If you are looking for the perfect deep-fried Mars bar on the Royal Mile then look no further. Here you can see the Mars bar being opened from the packet and then deep-fried in front of your eyes. It simply wouldn't be the same from a restaurant. And on top of that you get two scoops of complementary ice cream. Delightful.

This chippie is a favourite of my partners so obviously l had to give it a try and it didn't disappoint, the fish was a good size and you get a generous portion of chips the food isn't greasy and doesn't leave that lingering taste at the top of your mouth that l find from a lot of chippies these days, staff were lovely too and a nice area outside to enjoy your food whilst taking in the royal Mile
