Absolutely the best - grilled artisan bread- melted cheese -sandwiches we have eaten! Superb, delicious, texture perfect Philly and Hamburger Haven this round!

What a tasty treat, full of cheesy flavour! It is not too salty or greasy which puts them above other outlets. The price around £5 is reasonable and the range of flavours on offer are great. The takeaway packaging is sturdy and made from cardboard which you can recycle. They were kind and mindful of our sesame allergy, but having said that, most of their items did not include any nuts or sesame. Overall, it is a really nice place and I would recommend you visit for a quick delicious bite every now and then 🧀

Very tasty toasted cheese and 10 out of 10 Burger. It is definitely on my go to comfort food list! Also very good portion sizes! And excellent packaging.

Very tasty and fulfilling grilled cheese sandwich! Good place to have a bite after a walk in the Meadows. We got the Big Cheese sandwich, and both the taste and the portion size was perfect! When it comes to grilled cheese sandwich, I think meltmongers set the bar very high for us. Looking forward to visit again.

Yum! I love this place so much!
Their mac and cheese sandwich is the absolute best. The staff are really nice and food is always nice and quick.
I always recommend friends to go and I am always thinking of when I'm going back!

A great basic grilled cheese, perfect for a cool, damp day in Edinburgh. Not a lot of seats indoors, however, which is less great for a rainy day. But they sure do make really good comfort food.

Phenomenal. So many choices and so filling. Lovely small seating area and a chilled out vibe. Busy but not so busy you couldn’t get a table on a Sunday morning.
The breakfast club is incredible. Took a while to make but well worth the wait. A flavour implosion with the cheese coming through at the end to top it. Thing I loved, the whole sandwich was full so even at the end you still had plenty of filling for the last bite. Coffee not to bad either. Keep up the good work, we will be back

So good! I got the hot dog one and it was genuinely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread is perfect and it was filled all the way to the back, which is a rare thing! Definitely recommend a visit!

If you like cheese toastier then look no further!
Very nice food and nice view across the street to Bruntsfield Links!
I would recommend also adding some Mac ‘n’ Cheese to your order!
Sandwiches are pretty big so make sure you are hungry 😊

A must visit for all cheese lovers!
They have a large menu to suit all tastes, with different breads and cheeses to choose from as well as much more extravagant sandwiches. Lots of sides too if a toastie itself just isnt enough (I reccomend the sweet potato fries). We had it for a late lunch and we didn't even need dinner that night it was that filling!
They had a Christmas toastie special which we tried along with their bacon & cheese (both pictured)
Plenty of seats if you want to sit in or they offer takeaway & delivery too.
One of my favourite hidden gems in Edinburgh!
