Please change your app pickup options if you actually cannot pickup in store. I ordered for counter pick up and can't pick it up! The drive through line curls around the applebee's lot. I ordered ahead but now my options are wait 20 minutes in the drive through or just eat the money I spent. Either way cold coffee.

Two cars ahead of me and I've been waiting 15 min. Didnt have the drink I wanted so I had to get something else. Drink was wrong so they had to take it back, gave it back to me and it's spilling everywhere

PLEASE have consistent hours.
Love this place but hate to drive 5 miles only to find today is a 2:00 closing, but website site said 8:00. Aggravating but still great staff and wonderful service.

I go to this Starbucks instead of the one in Columbus because they are much faster and much nicer than the Columbus store. I actually save time by driving miles out of my way for them. Lol
