The staff was all wearing masks. Love that. Had two gift cards on my phone that i easily scanned to pay for my order. No more pumpkin syrup although they still have pumpkin loaf. Got two! Small bike rack at end of sidewalk.

This is one of the better Starbucks. Great staff and an awesome view of Sloan's Lake.

Most unfriendly girls of any Starbucks I've been to. I got there a little early and the girl just rudely says, "We're not open". No smile on her face. My feelings were shared by another customer who said, "Why are yiu alwaysso rude?!" The girl just smiled and said, "Have a good day." They were just as unpleasant last time I was there. I'm sorry I returned.

The staff at this location are particularly friendly! I wish parking wasn't so difficult. The spaces are very tight and it can be tricky to find a spot. There's only a few tables but I haven't had trouble finding a place to work there.

Super hard to get in and out of, very frustrating. Messed up my drink. However, in the amazing Starbucks fashion, they remade it. Very friendly staff.

Love this starbucks..fun enthusiastic baristas,great service,delicious lattes. I prefer to go in rather than drive through just to interact with the upbeat baristas.makes my day

My work literally has a Starbucks attached to it. But I come to this one strictly for the customer service. Some of the nicest people I have ever come into contact with. And the customer service is consistent across the board with all of the employees. Thank you!

I feel like the store is always in a super hurry and rushing around . it takes away from their customer service sometimes can even make them come off as rude and not pay attention evening to small details on orders like not warming a croissant or leave you standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge you to ask for a straw because they don’t want to put them in the lobby.
