Ordered a few roast beef sandwiches and other items. Asked for horsey and BBQ sauce. When we arrived home, realized they had put no sauce on the bag. Called the manager, she said come back to get it. I said that I lived 20 minutes away round trip. She basically said to bad, she was short staffed and I said I couldn't eat the sandwich plain. She basically hung up on me. I won't be returning.

I know it's a fast food chain but like Arby's market fresh sandwiches. The curly fries are great but they need to bring waffle fries back!!!!

Just had Arby's for dinner, my grandson really liked the new diablo chicken sandwich, said the vanilla shake was good. However, I got chicken nuggets and a small crinkle fries, the chicken nuggets were so hard I couldn't bite into them, the fries were cold, probably won't go back for awhile.

I honestly hate doing this . 2021 for this place has been horrible. This was my favorite place to go . I noticed the male manager is gone from last year . The food is hard / cold / old . Or you get small portions or crumbs for fries . The young staff stands around and talks and could care less if you need something . This being said , I don’t go to arbys unless I’m in brookville Ohio . Their the best .
