Never go inside as the employees tend to care more about drive thru customers than ones standing right in front them. 10 cars can go thru the drive thru before you are waiting on inside. Some window employees are friendly, and some hate their job and are totally not friendly when greeted at the drive thru window.

Wow. The meanest worst Dunkin I have ever been to. After giving me a TON of cold food they refused to refund me, then when they finally did they refused to replace my food. What a joke. The manager was rude and aggressive would never go to a Dunkin again, and I really liked Dunkin. So upset I was treated so poorly.

Unfortunately the young lady at the window didn't seem to interested in getting me my coffee. She left it on the counter inside while I was outside at the drive thru. It appeared even her supervisor was trying to expedite her poor level of service to a more acceptable level.

Got the worst service ever!!!!!! Went to this location at around 5:30 pm and the location closed at 9pm and she told me that she didn’t feel like making a coolada!!!!!! And she refused to make any drinks. She also did I the same to a food delivery service as well .

I visit this dunkins daily and can say that it is staffed by the nicest people in any Dunks I've ever visited. I even got a nice, personal holiday card from them in my order the other day. That doesn't happen in your usual Dunks. Always happy people, order is never wrong.

I’ve never left a bad review for a place before but after being a customer here time and time again I feel compelled to say something. One of the worst stores they have - always missing items in my order or food is cold and the people that work here never seem like they know what they are doing. This place is close to my home but I will be taking my business to Starbucks going forward, thank you.

Every time I come here it takes so long. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee and one donut. Why!?

Every time this person takes my order she gets it wrong or just makes up an order. I always ask for a large hot caramel with milk only and somehow she hears “cream.” I asked for a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese on it and she says back to me, “plain bagel with EXTRA cream cheese on it.” It’s happened so many times I don’t even bother correcting her. Don’t go here if you want your coffee made how you want it. At least they’re friendly.
