Dunkin'

Just went here this morning for the first time and it was disappointing. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese. The bagel was hard as a brick and had no flavor. Nothing worse than biting into a bagel and almost breaking a tooth. Based on my own experience and other reviews I will not be returning here.

Been coming here for years. They consistently screw up my orders time and time again but the main issue I have is with them firing an employee. This employee has worked there for TWELVE YEARS and they fired them supposedly by accusing them of giving free coffee “to a black woman”. The owners are extremely racist, terrible people, and have terrible service, morals, and so much more. Do not waste your time at this dunkin. Take the extra 5 mins to drive to palmer township. Absolutely disgusted with their decisions and actions.

Been going here for years. They would get five stars if half the staff wasn't mute when you said Thank you or have a nice day and they figured out how to speed up the coffee making process instead of listening to rap garbage on their cellphones while making coffee. Also, no customer should hear arguments between employees about work problems while getting their order, for everyone around can. The manager Amanda is super nice and never gets an order wrong! However some of the other employees don't know what's going on half the time.

Absolutely the WORST Dunkin in my area hands down. Understanding the fact that they are short staffed, they are slow, rude, inconsistent, and severely untrained. You will never get the same drink twice. Asking for less of a flavor and getting half a cup of it is clearly intentional. I’ve witnessed the manager scream at the top of her lungs at her staff on multiple occasions.. in front of a store full of customers. It’s embarrassing and demeaning to say the least. It’s disappointing to spend that kind of money on their product to than get garbage handed to you in return. After countless chances, I’m tired of being disappointed and receiving such poor service.. that’s the only thing they do consistently. Shame on the management for the childish behavior and lack of care in her store. Being stung by a bee in their store should have been the last straw. I never want to be standing at a register and get stung by a bee that crawled out from their donuts. Step it up! Care for your customers and staff and you might not be one of the worst Dunkin’s in the area.

Hands down the worst Dunkin location in the area. Every time I order (mind you, it’s only ever one simple iced coffee) there is something wrong. Today I ordered a large French vanilla swirl iced coffee… not sure why they would put one pump of the swirl into a large when every other location would put two swirls in a medium ….. this coffee tastes like dirty water and I wasted my free coffee to get my order taste nothing like it is supposed to.
