Stopped for some fast food…. After 25 minutes in the drive through, I can finally see the speaker. Maybe I will get some food within the hour….. pretty sure they are taking naps between each order. And the dining room isn’t open so I can’t imagine what could be slowing them down THIS MUCH.

By far one of the WORST BK’s I ever been to!! My order is NEVER right!! Your Fry cup is NEVER filled. I thought it was just because the last time I went it was near closing and today I went at noon. I got a large Fry & I had about 10 fries. I was so excited to try the new Chking Sandwich & all I said was NO PICKLES and I got a dry sandwich with NOTHING on it. This Burger King makes the chain look bad and they they an entire new team. Everyone seems to saids the same thing.

Everytime I shop here it just keeps getting worse. Constantly forgetting to give you the sauce packs, bad attitude from employees, getting cold food. Recieving a chicken fry meal that should he a 9 piece and only getting 5 ice cold pieces. Worst fast food place in the Lehigh Valley. Get your $#!+ together.

Good for a fast food restaurant. Stopped here on Thursday at around 4:30 and it wasn't busy at all. The free refill on drinks is great!

If I could put no stars I would some of the mangers need to be retrained or something and when you say put extra on a sandwich and barely get mayo on a sandwich pretty ridiculous have a better chance going to the one by Walmart or take a drive to pburg

Order a spicy meal and received something bitter. Not at all any spice. All I tasted was bitterness. Also ordered a impossible whopper, which they served me cold.

My husband wanted bk for dinner we stopped here before but this time it was BAD got our food thru drive-thru it was cold they didn’t give any sauce for the chicken nuggets or motzella sticks bag was ripped and food fell out in the car all food was Cold we took it home & put it in the microwave the soda was Flat staff was not pleasant no hi or thank you I have alternate choices there & next time we will choose Arbys or McDonald’s this happened before here but we have no bk in windgap no more so we go here NOT NO MORE!!!😡👎

Typical Burger King restaurant. Located directly off Rt 22 East.
Drive thru is small and narrow. Parking lot seems a bit dated.
Food was hot and made to order.
Just be careful of the traffic coming and going. Not an easy parking lot to navigate.
