Starbucks

This is very busy location. I've been coming very early or before noon or afternoon, whenever I come this place is busy. Specially in the weekends this place gets packed. So, make sure to have extra time before placing order or walking in. Noattwr how busy the place is Starbucks team has always been very kind and friendly and met with smile, treated with respect. Very grateful for that. Well done guys! May God bless you for that. There are outside tables (of 4 or 5). There is no drive through. There are bathrooms. Last time I was here the area was open, so I Believe bathrooms are open for public again after closing during pandemic. Highly recommend Starbucks! 👍🏻

This Starbucks in particular definitely deserves recognition and appreciation for their continuous hard work! Everybody that works there is friendly, and always willing to keep the customer happy. I always get greeted with a smile, even when they are busy. People need to understand, this is an extremely busy Starbucks, and they handle it like pros, but occasionally you have to exercise a little patience (when it gets insanely busy). This does not reflect poorly upon the employees at the Starbucks either. They get dozens of orders at a time, and they always do their absolute best to fill every one of them correctly. I see every day how hard they work, and it is very often met with attitude, sarcasm, and a serious lack of appreciation. Let’s try to remember, orders are made in the order they are received, no one is trying to make you wait longer. If you DO feel the need to ask about your order, do so in a considerate way. It’s not that hard to be nice. For being as busy as it is, IMO this Starbucks exceeds expectations and I commend them for their hard work and their patience! Best piece of advice would be, make sure you order (keeping in mind that it is a busy Starbucks), a few minutes earlier. Without doubt a five star Starbucks, which is why I keep returning there. Thank you for continuously making my macchiato perfectly!

Extremely friendly staff, store was very clean and worked quickly to get many customers in and out while providing a delicious beverage. Recent review stated negatives including only putting in one sandwich at a time, but considering that every sandwich (and pastry) is an extremely different size and makeup it makes sense that they can’t put several in at the same time. Don’t come into a coffee shop during a rush and be upset that they didn’t put your breakfast sandwich in with a croissant. Use some common sense, and consider they aren’t a sandwich shop! They were speedy, polite, and helped me pick out a new drink to try as well! What more could you ask for?

Customer service is great! I wish I can give them 5 stars!! The app is always working and updated. I took away 2 stars because this location is frequently (and I mean frequently) out of drinks. They run out of refreshers and even ice to make Frappuccino’s way too often. It’s always a 50/50 shot when I order on the app if my drink will be available. They are a high traffic location so they should order more inventory. If they can figure out how to increase their inventory I would give 5 stars. Also, it’s not a COVID thing because when they run out I have to go to the Starbucks in the local a target and they always have inventory. You can’t order via the app there though!

Horrible customer service. Very slow. If they have 10 sandwiches to make they make one at a time and won’t put the finished ones out until all of them are complete. To much staff talking. They would rather chat with each other which is fine but why do they have to stop and talk. I literally watched someone making my drink and another one making my sandwich stop what they were doing 5 times to talk and giggle like little kids. I will drive out of my way next time to the one on freemansburg drive.

Usually I have some great experiences at this Starbucks I go all the time on my lunch breaks. Today I went to go and it was an hour before they close but as I pulled up in my car I had the windows down and could actually hear the girl working screaming inside how she didn’t want me to come in the other employee just laughed at her reaction needless to say I didn’t feel comfortable going in so I left

The ppl who worked today... All idiots How can yu get an order incorrect... wen I told you multiple times... 1st mistake she asked 4 the spelling of my name... I gave it 2 her.. she has Aisha on the cups. 2nd mistake I asked 4 Carmel cold foam... no cold foam... 3rd mistake I asked 4 Almond milk...they give soy.... 2 much having a good time at work...nd not enuff paying attention 2 wat the customer is saying... where is the manager... cause these kids need managing!!!

I give mad props to the workers at this Starbucks (honestly any Starbucks or coffee shop). This place is almost always busy because of the convenient location but the workers are always so sweet and work very hard. I’ve seen a lot of customers yell at the workers and it’s very frustrating. I think y’all are doing a wonderful job especially during these hard times. If you’re one of the people yelling at them, how about you go fill out a job application, huh?
