We've been going here occasionally for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. They're often busy so calling can take a while, but that's understandable.We tend to stick to a few standards, fish, battered sausage, occasional chicken kebab so I can't speak for the rest of the menu, Portion sizes are good and prices are very reasonable. The staff are generally friendly even when they're rushed. If you drive there, it can be difficult to park, just a warning!

I have been going to Sandra’s fish and chips every Wednesday for the past 3 years the staff got to know me immediately and they’re an absolute pleasure, the food is always great and the atmosphere is amazing, all of the staff are happy to have a conversation and I always enjoy seeing them smile as I walk through the door. The food is always cooked to order and it’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had and ever will have.

Brilliant place, I've been going ever since I moved to the area. Amazing fish and chips still at a very good price compared to most other places. Also very nice and friendly staff. I don't live that nearby and there are other closer chippies but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sandra's Fish & Chips lived up to their reviews and then some. The 2 young ladies on the counter were so polite, friendly and helpful - excellent service. Sandra was busy behind them ensuring the food came out freshly cooked in no time at all.
The cod and chips was perfect, very tasty, generous portions and good value.
We chose this chippy based on great google reviews and it didn't disappoint. We were visiting the area for a few days and didn't want to bring fish n chips back to the hotel so the fact they had indoor seating was a plus.
