Pizza House

My fiance and I went here for the very first time. He is a chef. He knows excellent food. The food is excellent, I had gotten the steak grinder with cheese mushrooms, and the bread was perfect, the steak was season perfect, and cooked perfect, my fiance had gotten the fish and chips.. fish was cooked perfect and seasoning perfect, and the french fries were nice and crunchy, the taste was perfect. We have to say this is the Best Place in Easthampton Massachusetts, to get any food. We have been back 3 times already. Now to the customer service, they are so friendly and inviting to talk too, just great people. The place is very clean. We love it here. Thank you for making our experience fantastic every time. Thank you for your comments and patriotism, we pride ourselves on the best quality ingredients available, We are celebrating our 50th anniversary under the same owner. As for the negative reviews, These people will complaine about everything because they aven't happy, and this is what they look for, like one person complained about .50 cents for a corrigated box when she just paid 3.00 for 3 large slices of pizza. I'm a bit of a snobby chef who's traveled all over so I love checking out little places here and there and this totally fit the bill. Some pizza shop on route to where I needed to go attached to a liquor store. Tired and mid snow storm I dropped in (still in my chef's uniform) carrying my laptop and kitchen backpack, covered with food from working to grab a bite before continuing on. The beverage prices were a bit high which was off-putting but an older gentleman who worked there really seemed to love and understand pizza and gestured where I could sit after quickly taking my order with pencil and paper. The pizza was completely different from what most chains do out here and totally reminded me of Buffalo again. I was so happy just eating pizza that complex and yummy again sitting at a snowstorm looking out the window at the traffic thinking about where I needed to go next. If I lived closer that'd probably be my pizza place ❤️

Have always been a fan of this restaurant and Pizza..., and the sauce they've mastered... 2 Brothers started this...., was a very small location for years..., and purchased the now property where they are now , and expanded in size!! Love they way I've always been treated here and seen other people treated. Great Family owned place... Will always hold a spot in my heart , for Pizza 🍕, and other Pizza joint meals... Also , FYI: has also been a family restaurant..., not a big hang out spot to sit and drink at a bar type restaurant.

I went to Pizza House recently to grab a to go dinner. The restaurant was clean, staff very polite and food choices were reasonable. I got a chicken parm grinder. Very large portion. The sauce was flavorful and the chicken was cooked properly. My only issue was the tv channel was tuned to Fox🙄. I played with my phone to ignore that channel.
