The staff were smashing. Our orders came out hot and correct, despite mine always being without this and that. Payton was an extremely friendly cashier and we enjoyed our meal and family time

BK really needs to post a sign letting customers know they are closing the lobby at 8pm. Went to pickup a door dash order. Other customers in the lobby eating at 8:03pm with an employee talking to them. Another employee came close enough to tell me to go through the drive thru. Even after showing her my app, she still made me go get into the drive thru.

Went for breakfast at the Easley SC location and they were out of forks. It's not easy eating you 🥞 pancskes and sausage with a spoon and knife. What a strange thing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Not sure what happened, both mine and my wife's double Whoppers were a bit overcooked and burnt to where you could even smell it opening the wrapper.
With times being what they are and hard for everybody we're not one to complain but this one was really bad, cuz it wasn't just one sandwich it was both of ours, and the fact that it reaped the burnt smell. I sure hope this was an isolated incident we really love our Whoppers

The only restaurant in Easley,SC that got it right..This restaurant was the only one we are at all week that had it together..Clean restaurant. Attentive staff. Fresh grilled hot hamburger just the way I wanted it and had to let the french fries cool before I could eat them. Congrats to the Manager and team of employees at this location... CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Love Burger King but how hard is it to make two 16 count nuggets (32) and put them all in the bag. I order off DoorDash and I’m always getting only 16 nuggets out of 32 and cold stale food.

I deleted the previous review to post another. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and what I had when I got home was a burnt patty of something.....don't know what that was. It was worth me driving back to get my order re-cooked. Inside was closed, had to go thru drivethru....somebody should be fires for that kind of food coming out this restaurant. Look at the picture, verses what I got........Ugh!!!
