I went to this location last March of 2022 doing lunchtime. I went to the mens restroom doing my visit and I noticed they didn’t have a toilet seat on the toilet. Now I can see taking the restroom out of service but that was not the case at this location. The food was not all that fresh neither.

The subs are good but they need to bring the Sweet-and-sour sauce Back cause that new one they got is nasty the sweet Teriyaki

friendly service. this place is clean. i see the hustle and work ethic of the of the employees here. ive been here here 3 times so far and its location is convenient on Hillsborough Road

Friendly and efficient staff, and the location is adequately staffed for the lunch rush - I've never had to wait in much of a line here. As for the food, Subway is Subway. They're good subs.

The subway app works when it wants to. This is the second time when applying a reward, that it doesn't work at payment screen that shows am error.

Bad choice!! $$$$ I paid way to much for a footlong combo; footlong beef sub , extra cheese, with a bag of chips and lemonade to go. I paid $15.66!!! I feel like I have been robbed! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This location is one of our favorites in Durham. The employees here are ALWAYS courteous and kind. The store is clean and it smells so good when you walk inside. The food is great. Our experience on March 28, 2021, was particularly good. We went in after 3 pm and were greeted. Our food was made the way we wanted and in a timely fashion. And the employees were fantastic.

This place is HORRIBLE the workers are lazy and one of the employees made my sandwich very salty with no remorse. He messed my sandwich up completely then tried to halfway scrape off what he messed up and still give it to me. They need to be out of business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NASTY FOOD.
