Sweetfrog

Good frozen yogurt and a nice variety of toppings, but I had no idea this place was so religious. There was a sign on the wall showing that FROG is an acronym for fully rely on god, and there was Christian music playing the entire time I was there. For anyone who’s not Christian, it’s a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Sweet Frog used to be one of my favorite places, prior to the pandemic. However, my most recent visit, I was disappointed in the lack of machines working, for a better selection of flavors. Only one machine was fully working for a total selection of two flavors. Unfortunately, that was not the worst part of my visit, the inside of the store was not clean. The floor was sticky and the tables were dirty. Sadly, even if we had a better selection of yogurt flavors to chose from, we would not have decided to eat inside, but outside in the cold or in the car. After noticing the appearance of the dinning area and the lack of flavors, we decided to leave and go to another place altogether. Hopefully, as the weather continues to be warm and beautiful, Sweet Frog will return to the place I enjoy😊.

Just stopped at this “Sweet Frogs” and the worker was very rude. When I walked in I said, “Hello” and she just looked at me. I asked about the ice cream being out and she stated it takes an hour to defrost with an attitude and I went going to defrost it. There was hardly no flavors available. She definitely didn’t want to work today. She had no smile on her face. The customers leaving behind me said, “They will never return with her attitude.” I agree! My family and I walked out and will never return again. Poor costumer service and wasn’t friendly at all.
