Kfc

We ordered 2 meals and a family meal extra crispy. When we got to the window she said she had to replace one breast with a extra thighs and I agreed then she said she was out of legs too and asked if I wanted all thighs thankful I said no and asked for original she questioned me and I repeated myself then we sat and sat and finally got handed our order. I get home and have no biscuits for the family meal and the thighs are all bloody red inside.....and she wanted to give me more of the uncooked birds .the extra crispy breast was extra doughy instead. I would have waited the extra couple minutes for my biscuits and the chicken to finish cooking. $50 wasted 🤮

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went thru drive thru for dinner for my son, within 40 minutes of him eating the chicken strips he was sick with stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea that lasted for about 10-12 hours. I tried calling the restaurant which they never answered so I went up there to talk to a manager and the girl told me she was the manager and refused to even listen telling me to fill out a form on the website if I had a problem! Worst food and service ever!!!!

I was next in line at the pickup window in the drive thru when I realized that I left my wallet away at home and when I told the girl at the window she said she would talk to the manager and then they both came to the window and said that they'd pay for my meal. It was good KFC as usual but the customer service went above and beyond.
