Burger King

Wonderful staff….very friendly considering how they are understaff and other customers do not understand the stress of rude comments plus ignorant customers that have no idea how hard it is to be under staff. All workers went out of there way for my family requests….specially the cashiers who I gave 5 stars for great customer service of handling my big family dinner

Came in today and ordered a bacon stacker king with no stacker sauce. It came out with stacker sauce. I went inside to get it fixed. I watched the lady scrape off the stacker sauce, with her gloved hand, put a new price of cheese on top of the original cheese, then put new bacon on it and sent it back out..... wow I love burger King but I will never be back here! What if I had an allergy to the sauce.... kinda messed up

These guys just can't get it together. From absolute failure in order entry (3 people had to try their luck at punching in "no ketchup" on half of an order), through assembly failure (no ketchup on anything), to overcharging and short changing. Then the food was old and dried out. They almost deserve 1 star, but at least they handed me something similar to my order. I've been all over this country, and I think I've now found the nation's worst Burger King.

At what point - did you think it was ok to serve food like this? Riding the Durango Cascade Canyon Train and stopped at BK for a quick breakfast sandwich. The line took longer than expected as the truck in front of us was a frequent customer and was chatting at the window. We were early so no big deal. To be clear - we were not expecting the best breakfast sandwich ever. Let’s be real. It’s fast food. I get that. However, it should have at LEAST been edible. We opened our wrappers….1See attached photo - who eats this?

Only one in line they would answer intercom so drove to window. They acted put out to take my order. Two cold burgers and drinks are flat no carbonation. Worst meal ever. The meat was so cold. Charbroiled????? If you don't like you job leave. Management should do something about service and food quality...
