Pizza Hut

Delivered an hour and half late, they said I’d have $20 off next time I come in but I didn’t receive any kind of voucher to prove this. Idk how to explain the taste but the best way to explain it is that it just tasted like greasy water. Also, it’s super sus that none of the pieces matched. It seems like it was just left over pizza put together. I get that they’re short staffed, but It would’ve been great to be told that my pizza looked like it was taken from the trash.

I've always loved pizza hut. Why I miss the old location where you could sit down and eat, I've never found faults in this location as a take out place. I like the taste, order has always been right, and it's affordable. Ordering online for ten bucks and in ten minutes you're got several toppings on a large. I feel as a chain it gets a bad wrap because Durango is a trendy area that wants pizzas to cost more. But by taste, if pizza hut cost twice as much people would be rating it higher.

This is the first time I have ordered from Pizza hut, it will probably be the last. When my order was delivered parts of it were missing, like maybe the driver snacked on the way over. I called to get them to make it right and they just put me on hold forever. To pay $80 for one pizza and some wings and then have some of my food missing is frustrating!

I usually really enjoy this place, recently though, it's an absolute joke. I understand being busy, being short staffed, whatever deal... Talk about mega unsafe when i call to make an order and i get put on hold and some goofy out-of-stater at a call center who knows where grills me about my address and personal information and tell me orders are being taken remotely. Who's this goofy taking my credit info? How do i get re-imbursed when my personal info is stolen by some out of stater and I gotta jump though all kinda hoops to get it figured out? Not a chance, Come on pizza hut who thought this was a good idea? Super suspicious, will absolutely not order from pizza hut again because of this. Maybe you guys should pay a livable wage for the area and keep some employees around? I understand it's tough but people are looking for jobs, just aren't willing to take garbage pay. Or don't, keep up the garbage service and get outta town like papa johns
