Kfc

3rd time trying to go here in a year. Every time they forget to give us something from our order. This time, there was so much mayonnaise on the sandwich, it was covering the top and bottom of the bun when I pulled it out. Chicken littles weren’t even wrapped all the way. I love KFC but not this location. We live so close it’s a shame we can’t go more often.

I understand wanting to go home but come on...Didn't ask what style chicken we wanted and got funny when we stated we wanted original. Got the Family Fill-Up and only received two sides. Supposed to be 2 mash and gravy and 1 slaw. Only received one of each. Just disheartening when the price has went from $20 to 22. 24.06 after tax....Tighten Up KFC...

So I went there today because my mom asked me to drive from coats to there to get me and her some food! I got her order placed which was popcorn chicken with small fries with bbq sauce and ordered her a tea. But when I went to go place the second part of the order the lady at the drive thru cut me off and told me the price before I could place the second part of the order and instructed me to pull around! So I got the popcorn chicken and the small fries but not the bbq sauce and the tea. Instead of tea she gave me something else I think it's 7up not sure. Plus when I pulled around the lady was talking to someone about u guess work stuff so idk... anyway I'm not pleased with my experience there today wish I could do zero stars or a negative score or something! So for the other part of my order I said to hell with this I will just go to Wendy's!

This place will get your order wrong and I mean on the regular as if they're not doing the same thing all shift long and on another note I'll only speak for myself but I'd rather not have some employee that doesn't really care about their job playing over my food this is the KFC in Dunn nc is on do not disturb 👎👎👎👎 stay as blessed as you can
