I would like to say I was in your store today and the young man taking orders was a complete joy! He even helped my mother with the coke machine. Im all about service and he is a gem and a keeper. Nice job young man.

Went throught drive through with specific order. The guy put it up and sent us tonwindow before I could say it wasn't right. When I got to window told nice women and she went back to get it fixed.

Restaurant is at a convenient location in Dunkirk. I always get quick and courteous service. I use the mobile app to order and my food is fresh 90% of the time. I have had some issues with the app order not going through and them not being able to fill it on their end even though I show them order on my phone. This has happened a couple of times, but was not a deal breaker and I still go back for service.

Best and fastest burger king ive ever been to across 15 states fast too. The professionalism has dipped a bit but still delicious, fast, and polite!

Went out to get dinner tonight and this girl from start to finish, took our order at the drive through, proceeded to make said food, and then give it to us when we had pulled up to the window. No one else was in there to help and she was manning the whole operation by herself. I’m this 4 stars for that girl who’s name I couldn’t catch not only did she help us but every other costumer who came that night and that was some of the best food I’ve ever gotten from Burger King. Show this hard working young lady some respect.

One of the best fast food chain of restaurants I have set foot on. The queues here are not long. The customer service is the best. The food they deliver too is good. They take a small duration of time to service your order. Will be back here for more.
