Garbage service! Went inside, the place was dead inside and out, all the staff one at time looked at me and looked away. Then I watched a girl walk in yelling mother! Walked in the back where they prep food with her long hair flowing behind her and stood around chatting and laughing while three of us were waiting.
I get that it’s Tim Hortons and they really don’t care about customer service, but have a little bit of tacked.

Slowest and worst service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. The employees seem to be mostly standing around talking, and one of them keeps swearing loudly for everyone to hear. We waited in line for over 20 minutes with only 3 other people in fron of us and were basically ignored.

3.5 Nice. New. Fresh. Bright. Clean good service. I like the red stools and the subway tiles walls. They were making something fresh (which is good) but it was sooo loud it sounded like they were mixing concrete. Kinda killed the realization. Electric charging station.

It took 25mins to get someone to take our order and then she was so rude. Nd she didnt put my order in and told me to go at the end of line. She raised her voice and was way too rude. If she can't work here then plz run instead of being rude to anyone who owe u nothing. The worst ever customer experience in Canada

Staff seems poorly trained.... exceedingly slow service. Doesn't require three people to read and discuss one order. Waiting inside for food...about 6 customers standing looking at each other wondering why it was taking so long!

Very poor service, bacon undercooked, hashbrown paddies thrown in bag without wrappers, 5 pieces of cheese on a breakfast sandwich. Plus the staff making rude comments on how big my order is, not impressed. This used to be my favorite Timmy's, sadly not anymore.

I've only been to this Tim's once as I live in Victoria. I can give three stars cause the service was quick and my mocha latte was delicious, but what is this on the sausage in my wrap?! Don't your employees ever look at your food before serving it to check for quality?! I don't know if this is mould or what, but I could not eat it. Please pay attention to the quality of your food. Cause this was gross.

We went in coz drive thru was long line up, only 1 lady taking orders inside and she is so rude and irritable. Some people left when she started swearing at the old lady working there too.
