I really appreciate the customer service here. I know it's kind of an in out type shoppe, cut they don't try to rush you through and also go the extra mile by making suggestions that might add to your meal. So obviously the management here has hired a positive staff treating the customer very well. I've been in several Subways where they are just get you in and out and cold. My husband enjoy there courteous staff....we'll be back over and over.

I occasionally buy from this location and I've never had a problem with the staff here. They've always been pleasant and efficient, and when you tell them you want extra or 'a lot' of whatever, you get enough that you don't have to ask for more. Lines during busy periods tend to move quickly - the only slowdowns I've ever seen have involved customers who let their brain take the day off.

Subway varies depending on the location. The last few times I've come to the Duncan location I have been very happy. Good service, great work ethic, polite and my sandwich comes out the exact way i picture it before ordering. I wish all locations were as good as this one.

The day time manager is absolutely amazing. We did an online order to which it was horrible a few weeks ago. Today Rupi made it right for us. She went above and beyond. She has amazing customer service. Very kind, caring women. Thank You Rupi

Customer service at this location was great however the bread was a bit dry and stale that day but I was hungry enough I didn't make any issue of it...

HORRIBLE service at this location. Having a trainee making sandwiches without any help with a lineup of several people right at closing while two senior employees watched. When asked whether they were going to help, neither would other than complain about how long the line was. I'll be going to a different subway to support service that is happy to have me and respects their customers.
