They are often under-staffed with stressed out, unmotivated and poorly trained people. Special orders are often made incorrectly, food is generally held for too long, and yet wait times are still predictably excessive. This store is hurting, but a team of good mgrs could bring it back to life. Burger King is still the best quick service restaurant in my book.

Food taste better than McDonald’s. BK burgers are filling and delicious. I recommend the veggie burger. Taste healthy, feel Healthy. And fast service to. I give 3 stars because Customer service is a little rude. Don’t know how they get Business when working with rude customer service. ordering from the app is easier than I thought it would be and don’t have to talk to there rude customer service ether. It’s nice that they do free perks sometimes from ordering from the app too. I’m not a fast food person at all but if I do want something fast I would definitely go to BK instead of Mc Donald’s.

Absolute ride and disrespectful service! Asked for zesty sauce for 2 orders. They gave us 2. When we asked for more, he said "theres already 2" we said "yeah, that's not enough" he says "well that's all I can give you. That's all you get" we asked "why cant we have more?" He said "well I can give you more if I charge you $0.20 each" he gave is attitude and blank stares the entire time.
I have never been to a Burger King where they have to charge for more sauce. And already paid $20 for 2 meals and you cant give more freaking zesty saice?!?!
And then to open both up be well beyond expired!

Long wait New place to eat in town. Expect a wait and some cranky ppl in line who (just like Mcds) don't understand you don't Start at the second drive up u wait your turn not drive into lot and to the speaker cutting off person and cars behind who are waiting...
Food was good and what we expected. Employees were courteous and fast

Horrible experience tonight. Placed mobile order and paid and once at drive thru was told their location wasn't doing mobil tonight. When we asked about a refund on what we paid for, we were told to contact the BK app.
Drove up to drive thru window to clarify and they decided to go ahead and honor our order.....
Employee had to dig thru trash can to find out order tickets.... Gross.... Now smushed sandwiches and cold under cooked fries....

Love the mix n match whopper and original chicken sandwich deal for $5. I will NEVER forget to add a large delicious onion rings and 1 order of spicy nuggets. Supper is served.

One Coupon per car even though we have more than one customer per car? Your loby is closed and iv got a family that wants to enjoy some fast food on a budget. Why not just offer the deals when you yourself send me the coupons, like do you want me to spend my money here or not. And no need to be rude about disapointing my kids either. "Taking advantage" of the system, like isnt that the point, you want us to use your coupons. Mc donalds accepts competitor coupons just so you know "king", it may not be just this location so listen up Corp.
