Not sure of what was going on with the staff today but it is my worst experience at this location. Asked for a bagel toasted with butter. Apparently the bagel was still cold because the butter didn't melt. And the mocha latte I asked for was water with cream only. No mocha, no sugar, no foam...nothing.

Pleasant experience at this location. Polite and friendly team, hands on manager running around to make sure things are handled properly. Order was made correctly and fast. Good service, good food, keep up the good work

The staff were really nice to me and my boyfriend! The food tasted good and it was a great portion size for a breakfast meal. We also tried a blueberry muffin and it was amazing! The latte was very light and just the right amount of sweetness for me. I enjoyed my visit!:)

Love the customer service at this location the manager John is great and Ms O!! Shes just awesome she makes you feel like at home when you come in for breakfast! Never disappoints.

I keep supporting this place, hoping they can turn it around. Lovely space, lots of room. They're always out of coffee. If they could just brew it and set it out, we patrons could take it from there ( it is self serve ) I understand there's a help shortage, seems to be plenty of help today. So this Einstrin's, still on probation.

They can't keep up with the orders. Slow! Waited around 1/2 an hour for 1 breakfast sandwich. I wasn't the only one waiting for a long time. They were also giving orders to the wrong people. If you are in a hurry... Don't go here.

Open for takeout and cleaner than your Grandma's mouth!!! Service is fast and friendly. I had a large Fireside coffee (dark, rich, and delicious) and my boyfriend had a pizza thing on a potato roll. The entire menu is available from open til close, which is awesome for those of you that aren't breakfast people.

I got wheat bagel instead of plain. I asked why I am getting it and was told this is last one got it from the back, and he believes its plain when it's clearly not. Also cheese was added after its done cooking. Obviously he forgot to add it earlier. Cheese was cold when I was eating it. I didn't bother to go back as he is going to argue he did just fine. So ghetto and unprofessional. Get a new cook.
